Refund policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of order delivery. If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return criteria.

For International Orders: 

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for International orders.

In an exceptional case to case basis after contacting our customer care team, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods (unused & transit damage products only) in India, to our office or an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner within 45 days from product delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires international shipping.
